How can i refund an item?
Simple! If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you can return the products that are unworn, free of any stains or smell, with the tags and labels attached within 14 days of the date of receiving your shipment
You can initiate a Refund by reaching out to us on WhatsApp.
Just share with us the order number, email and phone number used upon checkout, and images of the item front and back with the tags visible.
Can I exchange an Item?
Yes of course you can! You can reach out to us on Whatsapp to initiate an exchange. Just make sure to share with us all your order details and a reason for exchange, and our team will make it happen for you!
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your goods back to our warehouse, they go through a quality inspection to check if the item is in its original condition. If approved by our specialist team, returns within the UAE can take up to 30 days to reflect on your bank account depending on your bank’s processing time.
I’m unable to initiate a return request
Please make sure your request is placed within 14 days of the date of receiving your shipment. Orders exceeding the 14 days will not be eligible to initiate a return request. If you still cannot initiate your request, then kindly contact our team at customercare@lmnofficial.com. Make sure to mention your order number along with your return request and our team will get back to you in the next 2-3 working days.
Can I place an order without having an account?
Yes, you may check out as a guest user; simply enter your email address, phone number and Full Name on the checkout page. However, we would highly recommend you register for an account to avoid entering your details every time you want to place an order and be able to make use of all the website features.
How/Where do I apply a coupon or discount code?
Before proceeding to check out, you will be able to validate your coupon and benefit from the discount on the total amount of your order. All coupons have a validity, if your coupon has expired, the system will automatically detect the code and will not grant the discount.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, if you believe there is a problem from the system or any mistake from our end, please feel free to contact our customer support at customercare@lmnofficial.com. Our team will investigate the problem and will get back to you in the next 2-3 working days after the complaint was raised.
What if the product I want is sold out?
Our items are flying off the shelf FAST! So if the item you want is currently sold out, you can opt to be notified when the item is back in stock. Simply go to the product you want, select the fit, color and size and if it's sold out, then you can click “Notify Me”. This will trigger a pop up to enter your email, and once it's back in stock you’ll get an email and you can then purchase your item.
There is an issue with my order

Can I change my delivery address?
If you have a user account with us, you can change your delivery address from there anytime.
However, if your order is already dispatched by the delivery team, extra charges may apply for having it delivered to a different location than your primary location when placing your order. You can also reach out to our support team customercare@lmnofficial.com to avoid any further inconveniences.
Where do you deliver to?
Right now we deliver only within the UAE! However stay tuned, we are definitely working to get our items to you all around the world.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to get you your items as soon as possible! Our standard shipping time within the UAE is 2-3 days from when your order is placed and confirmed.
The cost of delivery is clearly stated upon checkout, based on your delivery location.

Do you have same-day delivery?
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer same day delivery. But fret not, our average delivery time is only 2-3 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Card Payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
At the moment, we do not accept COD.
How do I create an account?
Just head to the user icon in the top right (on the header), you will be redirected to the user login, where you can create a new account by entering your Email Address and setting up your password. There you go, now your shopping spree can commence!
I forgot my password
Don’t worry, by simply going to the user login, you can enter your email and select “forgot password”. This will send you an email to reset your password.
