Eligibility for Refunds:

● Defective Products: If your t-shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a clear manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the defect.
● Incorrect Size/Item: If you receive a t-shirt in the wrong size or design than what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
● Unworn and Unwashed Items: Refunds are only applicable to t-shirts that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Any signs of wear, washing, or alteration will void your eligibility for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

● Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are generally not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or the incorrect item was shipped. This will be clearly stated at the point of sale.
● Incorrect Address: Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
● Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for changes of mind after an order has been shipped. Please choose your size and design carefully before placing your order.

Refund Process:

2. Return Authorization: If your refund request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with instructions on how to return the t-shirt.
3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned t-shirt, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria (unworn, unwashed, original condition).
5. Refund Processing: Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

● Size Exchange: If you ordered the wrong size and the t-shirt is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached, you are eligible for a size exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
● Design Exchange (Limited): In certain circumstances, we may allow a design exchange, subject to product availability and at our discretion. Please contact customer service to inquire about design exchange possibilities. The t-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached.
● Defective Product Exchange: If your t-shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a clear manufacturing defect, you are eligible for an exchange for the same item (if available) or a replacement of similar value. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the defect.
● Incorrect Item Exchange: If you receive a t-shirt in the wrong size or design than what you ordered, you are eligible for an exchange for the correct item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
